HSR Content Marketing Campaign

High Speed Rail (HSR) was introduced into Hong Kong in 2018. Our client would like to promote HSR among middle aged and retired segment, who are interested in travelling to mainland China.

A content marketing campaign was carried out in 2019. We developed a series of amazing travel guides and animated videos to uncover hidden gems in Shenzhen, Chaoshan and Guangzhou, aiming to increase our target audience’s travel desire to mainland China via HSR. The campaign featured Mr. Luke Tsang Chee Wah, former DJ, columnist and influencer, who is well-known for his good taste and smart lifestyle. With his influences among the target group, our content drew a significant amount of attention and discussion. Most importantly, his endorsement helped strengthening brand association of HSR as a speedy, comfortable and efficient transportation connecting Hong Kong and mainland China.

In addition, we utilized Mr. Luke Tsang’s social media platform to cover his participation in HSR press trip to Chaoshan, demonstrating the convenience to reach the to-be-discovered beef and food paradise. This definitely create excitement among food lovers and help the campaign go viral.
