For a very long time, there is lack of understanding on eldercare industry and the industry’s public image is poor. Our client, Culture Homes is a well-known eldercare product retailer and elderly home operator in Hong Kong, they are very eager to transform their brand image to an energetic and innovative brand.

Through strategic PR planning, media relations management and influencer liaison from 2019 to 2021, adding to the brand relaunch, we succeed in lifting up their corporate image. The extensive media coverages earned throughout the years consolidated the refreshing brand image and its unique market positioning, and effectively enhance the brand’s SEO performance and generate more leads for its eShop.

OHH Dear also worked closely with Culture Homes’ in-house marketing team on the promotion of “Soft-meal”, a diet made dining easier for elderly with dysphagia. Our creative and interactive approach on the PR and marketing promotion of “Soft-meal” earned enormous success and made us the Winner of the “10th Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2022 – Marketing Campaign of the Year”. Together with our client, we become the pioneer in promoting quality ageing service with dignity in Hong Kong and Asia.
